The experience was so immersive and there was so much to do. After he’d checked us in and brought us down to the room (Alcatraz), it was time to go. We were greeted by such a welcoming member of staff (Rowan), who got us drinks and made us feel comfortable. Having completed a few escape rooms now, my friend booked this one as something to do. Thank you for a timeless experience – we will certainly be back! This is one of the most thoughtful rooms we have ever been to and is worth exploring as an enthusiast, first timer and historian alike. My only quip is that the initial clue system soon became redundant and was replaced by a second clue system which fell out of the theming - it could have also been installed in all sections of the room: a very minor point though! This is one of the pricier rooms we have been too at £30, but it is definitely worth paying for! India was our Games Master and did a great job of setting the scene and explaining the meaning and intentions behind the room and puzzles. Similarly, the puzzles build in intensity along with the sound effects which cleverly builds tension right up to end point. Puzzles are largely observational and logical: including the most ingenious key concealment we have seen! The introduction to this game is also unique and provides an incredible transition from the present day to 1912. ![]() ![]() ![]() Even though this does seem like too much time, it does enable you to fully appreciate the incredible theming. This is a 90-minute experience (unlike the standard 60-minute games). A truly wonderful and ingenious homage to those lost on the Titanic: very tastefully done and the wide variety of Easter Eggs placed in the rooms made this informative as well as enjoyable.
